Self-Care Journaling Mini Sticker Sheet

This sticker sheet was requested by my dear friend Queen of @queensfancyplans on IG/TikTok/YouTube, etc. Self-care doesn't just mean taking a hot shower and doing your hair (although those things are GREAT); it also means reflecting and practicing gratitude. While these things are not a quick fix for your mental health or mental illness struggles, they can be helpful in making life just a little bit easier.

Each sticker sheet measures approx. 4x4 in. and contains 36 stickers in various colorways - perfect for white AND black paper! Colors may vary depending on the device.
